Under our umbrella, we operate several fast-growing sub-companies in areas such as real estate development, modular home construction, property management, and private lending.As our group of companies expands, multiple brands are in need of skilled Social Media Marketing Specialists to help grow their online presence through engaging content, thoughtful strategy, and powerful visual storytelling.If hired, you'll be placed in one of these brands depending on your skills and experience-but all share the same mission: to innovate and lead in the real estate space.What You'll Do
-Strategize, schedule, and manage social media content across various platforms
-Design strong visual graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
-Edit engaging short-form video content (reels, shorts, YouTube clips, promos)
-Repurpose long-form materials into platform-appropriate posts
-Write captions and content aligned with each brand's voice and audience
-Monitor engagement, stay up to date with social trends, and optimize accordingly
-Collaborate closely with other creatives and copywriters across the AlphaX teamWhat We're Looking For
-Strong design skills (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
-Video editing proficiency (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
-Excellent written and spoken English; strong copywriting skills
-Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools for content creation
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
