
HR Employee Relations Administrator

- Provide services to employees to address personal and professional issues
- Mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management to promote a harmonious work environment
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Facilitate in new hire orientations to educate employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees and identify areas for improvement
- Collect and analyze and employee data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving employee satisfaction and retention
- Ensure that all employee relations activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues and best practices
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in employee relations or any similar roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve employee issues
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management
- High level of accuracy and attention to details in handling employee records and sensitive information
