Who You'll Be Working With : If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the team under the Technology & Operations group may be for YOU! You'll be responsible for the following: Develops software solutions by studying information needs; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and review; recommending changes in implementation and/or procedures Constructs and updates unit tests for new and existing testable classes Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment.
