Job Summary The Human Resource - Employee Services Intern supports the HR Employee Services team in delivering efficient and accurate HR support to employees. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR operations, employee records management, and employee query resolution, helping ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Employee Services Support Assist in responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, attendance, and employment records. Support the management of HR tickets or cases through an employee services or helpdesk system. Escalate complex concerns to appropriate HR teams when necessary. HR Operations & Administration Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS or internal databases. Support onboarding and offboarding documentation and coordination. Help prepare employment-related documents such as certificates, letters, and confirmations. Assist in processing employee data changes (personal information, job updates, status changes). Documentation & Compliance Ensure proper filing and organization of HR documents in both electronic and physical formats. Support HR audits, compliance checks, and documentation requirements. Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all times. Reporting & Process Support Assist in preparing basic HR reports, trackers, and dashboards. Support process improvement initiatives and documentation of standard operating procedures. Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Email). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented and service-focused mindset.
