Role description: The Credit Control Analyst works together as one team with Credit & Account receivable functions in the region. Ensures compliance with the company's policies and procedures, Health & Safety. Role accountabilities: Close liason with the Regional Credit Manager and Credit Control team to bring collection issued to resolution; Prepares Demand Letter; Prepares Statement of Account; Update Daily Cash Focus file; Update daily status on portal related clients; Update using excel formulas monthly Working Capital file; Review and assist in resolving unallocated cash receipts and allocations; Update daily remit file; Performs client review through sales cloud and produce D&B credit checks; Produce D&B credit checks on adhoc basis; Review Accounts Receivable Inbox and distribute tasks Performs such other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time; Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any related field in Finance 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience focusing on end to end process of Accounts Receivable ; Knowledgeable in Credit Management and score tools such as Dun & Bradsheet; Exposure in Shared service or Multinational environment is an advantage; Experience with ERP Systems is preferred; Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is required; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a committed team player Organizational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision Results-oriented Attention to Detail Why Arcadis We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
