Role : Assistant Manager - Travel Desk Location: Taguig Work Set-up : On-site Recommendations Candidate must have an experience with travel, ticketing, how to deal with reports and DOLE. Can work under pressure Key Responsibilities Areas/Job Description: Travel Coordination: Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, insurance, visas and work permit applications for employees. Policy Adherence: Ensure that all travel bookings comply with the company's travel policies and budgetary constraints. Vendor Management: Collaborate with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best travel rates and services. Liaise with lay firm for upcoming renewals and case processing. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of travel expenditures and prepare reports on travel and visas for budgeting and reconciliation. Process monthly invoices and other compliance reports on regular basis. Employee Support: Provide end to end assistance to employees before, during, and after their travel, addressing any concerns, changes, or cancellations. Travel Planning: Research and recommend cost-effective, safe, and efficient travel options for employees.
