- Outbound email campaigns and cold calling daily using campaign management and sales automation tools including Hubspot, LinkedIn, etc. to schedule meetings for the Account Executives
- Reach out to inbound leads, qualify them, and schedule demos
- Write, optimize, and manage personal, automated sales campaigns to increase engagement after brand interactions, events and marketing campaigns
- Ensure key discovery information is collected and shared with appropriate colleagues before demos are held with prospects
- Leverage technology to research and engage organizations using an Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach
- Maintain data integrity by updating company CRM with progress and obstacles
- Work closely with Account Executives on strategic targets in their portfolio
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals as set by the sales team each quarter
- Maintain active engagement with leads through creative follow-ups and nurturing
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for developed leads and opportunities
- 2+ years of sales development experience selling to enterprise organizations
- Able to hold conversations comfortably and confidently with authority figures
- Ability and desire to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-pace, technical environment
- Persuasive communication skills in effort to drive both education and action
- Clear, concise communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to stay determined through rejection and client bureaucracy
- Driven to hold themselves to high standards
- Aggressive drive toward performance incentives and exceeding goals
- Works well independently and collaboratively
- High-ticket technology experience, such as within software development, automation, or IT consulting
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and sequences
- Background in remote, independent work
