Conceptualize and design brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, presentations, proposals, and social media materials.
Ensure adherence to the brand’s guidelines, meet expectations for quality, aesthetics, and deadlines
Stay updated on current design trends
Guide and support junior team members on best design practices
Effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines efficiently
Communicate with clients, understand design needs while sharing ideas
Offer innovative design solutions
Work independently as a design consultant
Maintain responsiveness to clients
Engage in diverse organizational initiatives

Ideal Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design or related field
Must have 3-6 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, and stakeholder management with an impressive portfolio
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Has experience in using Adobe Audition, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
Skilled in designing banners, flyers, brochures, infographics, presentations, and social media materials
With good written and oral communication skills
Experience working with global clients
