Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in HRM, Tourism, or any related field. Hotel experience is preferred. Able to direct & supervise laundry staff to perform work on all operations in the department and to report necessary machine repairs, supplies used, and needed variations on water temperature and softness. Able to maintain schedules of employees and instill discipline.
