- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global clients and GCS teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Drive seamless client onboarding, ensuring clients are set up for success from the start.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful roll-out of client solutions.
- Lead and develop a team of Client Success Analysts, providing guidance and support.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for our client’s improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and processes to enhance the client experience.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, understanding their needs and challenges to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving client issues and challenges, leveraging creative and innovative solutions to drive client success.
- Experience in leading and developing a team of Client Success Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve team goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Commitment to advocating for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard in product and service development.
- Strong focus on delivering results and driving client success, with a record of accomplishment of achieving and exceeding client satisfaction and retention goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and client needs to ensure ongoing success.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events, up to 25%.
- Native or fluent in Mandarin spoken, written and reading.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or software-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software implementation, client success, account management, or a related field.
- Experience managing a team, coaching, mentoring and development.
- Proven experience delivering successful projects to time and budget.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Confluence/JIRA and Project Management software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
