Finance Supervisor

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including oversight of AP and AR transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial data in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to support the vendor accreditation process.
• Maintain and monitor financial records, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting as needed.
• Provide support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and recommend improvements to financial processes.
• Coordinate approvals, escalations, and regular updates.

• At least 2 years experience as a Finance supervisor
• Proven experience in AP/AR
• With vendor accreditation process and bookkeeping experience
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
