We are currently looking for Finance Manager that will lead the Global Inventory Finance team in Cavite, Philippines. This position requires strong technical skills related to inventory accounting and knowledgeable of SAP system. Should be able to demonstrate sound judgment and versatility in decision-making and problem solving and be able to influence business partners with fact-based analysis and information. Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to: Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities to ensure that inventory valuation is accurate and in accordance with GAAP. Preparation of key inventory reports and analysis that will assist the Management in making sound decision. Oversee Inventory Controls and closely work with Internal and External auditors to ensure that inventory controls are in place and risks are mitigated. Ensuring SOX requirements are met. Coordinate with SCM on the inventory level forecast and help provide insights on inventory transactions and inventory reserves level. Support in the transition efforts between Legacy Maxim & ADI and with the implementation of new systems. Provide important business information and support ad-hoc reports as directed by management. Support creation of materials for various management reviews and meetings. Minimum Qualifications: 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Consulting Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, Financial Management 2+ years in managerial/supervisory position (handled at least 4 direct reports) Can lead and develop a strong team Strong business acumen & analytical skills Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX and audit requirements Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP/SAP Hana Experience in building reports with use of different tools Effective communication and leadership skills, ability to interact with senior management and present ideas in a concise and digestible manner. MBA, CPA is a plus. Knowledgeable in Anaplan, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview and other platforms is a plus.
