- Market Research: Research and build relationships with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders. Understand market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Sales Growth: Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Find and develop new markets, improve sales, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Review and approve business decisions related to market expansion, product development, and partnerships.
- Brand Alignment: Live and promote our brand mission.
- Experience: A minimum of seven years in relevant industry roles, demonstrating strategic thinking and tactical strength. Experience in civil or government sales preferred.
- Education: A relevant degree such as Bachelors or Masters in Business, MBA, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
