Your strategic vision, leadership, and business acumen will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and enhancing our market presence.Responsibilities: * Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development plans aligned with our organizational goals. Identify and secure new business opportunities that enhance our offerings.
  • Market Research: Research and build relationships with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders. Understand market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Sales Growth: Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Find and develop new markets, improve sales, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Review and approve business decisions related to market expansion, product development, and partnerships.
  • Brand Alignment: Live and promote our brand mission.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of seven years in relevant industry roles, demonstrating strategic thinking and tactical strength. Experience in civil or government sales preferred.
  • Education: A relevant degree such as Bachelors or Masters in Business, MBA, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • Skills:
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to think analytically and create actionable plans.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in deal-making and contract management.
  • Leadership: Inspire and lead teams to achieve business objectives.
