- Key operational responsibility of the digital team at the Manila GDC, including adherence to KPIs for the below priorities:
- Staff Cost Ratio
- Quality
- Utilisation
- Productivity
- Sourcing
- Team leadership and management - Recruitment, performance management, mentoring and retention
- Ongoing recruitment and sourcing strategy in the local market
- Operational and Production excellence - Driving operational best practices in the team with a focus on efficiency and cross-utilization between programmes
- Maintaining high standards of quality at meeting key quality KPIs
- Establish a strong onboarding plan for the GDC, to onboard and implement new client workstreams into the team
- Identify, support and drive automation opportunities to minimise manual workflows
- Planning for future scale and growth across digital teams and functions
- Focus on capability enhancement within digital teams to remain competitive in the market and globally
- Collaborates with key global leaders and teams, striving to raise the profile of the Manila GDC
- Effective and rapid problem solving with internal and external stakeholders
- Risk mitigation planning and long term strategy for forecasting and capacity planning
- Recruit and empower key senior leadership hires in your team in Manila
- Plan an innovation structure for the team
- Be the face of the digital team in Manila, and a strong advocate of the GDC
- An excellent people manager and problem solver

- Recent experience overseeing work using HTML5, PHP and AEM in addition to other frameworks and platforms
- Experience of the advertising space and working across multiple and varied client workstreams
- Comfortable working in a fast paced content production environment
