Job Description:CLIENT PROFILE: A forward-thinking technology organization delivering innovative digital solutions and building high-impact mobile experiences at scale.Work Setup: Hybrid(2 days Onsite, 3 days WFH)Work Location: Ortigas, PasigWe are looking for an experienced Lead Mobile Developer to drive the development of high-performance mobile applications across iOS and Android. In this role, you will lead code quality initiatives, guide a team of developers, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, stable, and user-centric mobile solutions. You will play a key role in mentoring developers, optimizing application performance, and championing modern mobile development practices.Key ResponsibilitiesCode Quality & Architecture
  • Lead comprehensive code reviews for iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) applications.
  • Enforce best practices in coding standards, architecture, and maintainability.
Mobile Performance Optimization
  • Ensure mobile apps meet performance benchmarks for responsiveness, stability, and scalability.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across both platforms.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Mentor and coach mobile developers to strengthen technical capabilities and development practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.
Agile Delivery & Collaboration
  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and frameworks.
  • Introduce improvements that enhance development efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of mobile development experience across both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Proven leadership experience managing mobile development teams in agile environments.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • iOS development: Swift, SwiftUI
  • Android development: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose
  • Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Certifications in mobile development or agile practices are a plus.
  • Willing to work hybrid in Ortigas, Pasig.
