This is a full-time role as a Teacher Trainer Manager for the Pasig or Cebu office. He/she will be responsible for driving the teacher training and ensuring the quality of teaching of the online teachers. The qualified candidate will be working onsite in Pasig and may require to travel to provinces to conduct trainings or TNA. Candidate needs to be adaptable, a problem-solver with strong project and people management skills. Key Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze data and feedback to identify teacher development needs and forecast training schedules based on trends and requirements. Program Design & Implementation: Design engaging online training programs, create various training content, and improve materials with new teaching strategies. Trainer Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of trainers, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring alignment with company standards. Team Leadership: Lead meetings, maintain team culture, and manage training schedules across time zones. Metrics & Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, generate reports on training success, and provide updates to senior management. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with QA and operations teams to ensure quality and efficiency in training delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in teacher training, including 2+ years in a leadership role; 3+ years of teaching experience Skills: Excellent English communication, proficiency with virtual training platforms and LMS, leadership, and strategic thinking; sensitive to data and ability to analyze; Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus, and ESL/ELT teaching experience to Chinese students is a plus.
