- Partner in managing the full procurement lifecycle for IT, including reviewing invoices, creating POs, and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Ensure invoices are accurately coded, matched against POs, and processed in a timely manner in coordination with Finance and Accounting.
- Maintain complete and current vendor contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation in FreshService.
- Serve as a key point of contact with vendors to coordinate orders, invoices, renewals, and issue resolution.
- Participating in GL review activities in Deltek Vision to verify transactions are properly booked and allocated between companies.
- Support the ongoing maintenance and refinement of procurement processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Monitor procurement activity, including open POs, pending payments, and contract expirations, and provide status updates to IT leadership as needed.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Accounting teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, finance operations, or a related role with demonstrated responsibility across end-to-end processes.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts, including expense coding, allocations, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Experience managing procurement activities, including vendor communication, contract coordination, purchase order creation, and invoice validation.
- Experience working with FreshService (procurement) and/or Deltek Vision (ERP) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools used for financial tracking and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively across IT, Finance, Accounting, and with external vendors.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to support consistent execution of standard procedures.
- Comfortable working in a shared services environment and supporting multiple business units.
