You will make a direct impact by: Prepare and approve invoices, adjustments, and credit notes. Generate detailed financial reports for reconciliation and review. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing discrepancies. This Role Is for You If Experience & Skills Non-Negotiables : You hold a degree in Finance or Accounting and bring 4-5 years of experience in billing and collections. You are skilled in preparing invoices and adjustments, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and meticulous with details. Proficiency : You have hands-on experience in cost and revenue reviews, with working knowledge of XERO, QuickBooks, MYOB, and other accounting systems. You also demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Bonus Points : You are proficient-or open to learning-how to apply AI-driven solutions to enhance your work.
