Quantity Surveyor will be reporting under Non-Electric Design, which will be responsible in costing preparation & proposal analysis of MERALCO projects Job Responsibilities Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other relevant documents. Review building, construction or architectural plans and prepare quantity needs and cost of materials. Create price/forecast of the cost of materials needed as well as feasibility studies Undergo Quantity Take-off and Plan interpretation Carry out monthly valuation of work in progress including forecasting of final cost and sales. Material Submission, Ordering, and Procurement Supplier/Subcontractor Quotation and Evaluation Measure and value work done on site Come up with ways to reduce overall cost of a project ensuring best value for money Job Qualification Licensed Civil Engineer Proficiency in AutoCad Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Quantity Surveying or estimation Willing to be assigned in Pasig Can start ASAP Work Schedule Monday - Friday Attach your updated resume & CV.
