Description & RequirementsLeads and/or participates in design, estimation and planning activities, development and execution of new features and enhancements during development life cycle. Able to provides technical leadership to software development team for assigned enhancements and new features.What You Will Need:

At least 5 years of technical experience in product design, programming / software product development environment, software development methodologies, implementation, and quality control
Strong technical leadership and experience in large scalable distributed systems and/or SaaS solutions, software development work on Cloud and/or Mobile platforms
Solid experience on web and backend development using any of the following:

C#, .Net framework (required).
Object-Oriented Programming (required)
Backend: IIS, MS SQL/Oracle, REST API creation & consumption a must
Knowledge in Web platform technologies
ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS
JavaScript
Jquery

What Will Put You Ahead?Preferred Qualifications:

Angular, AngularJS, Marionette, Handlebars, Backbone, Node.js
Liferay (preferred)

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Work cooperatively and supportively with a team of cross-functional developers in delivering quality software applications end-to-end. Deliver expected requirements according to schedule and specifications
Participate in software requirements meetings and/or kickoffs to understand Software requirements and scope.
Write reusable, testable, efficient codes. Maintain and apply new codes in different branches or development versions of the system whenever applicable.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness to any technical requests whether requirements analysis, development, testing, maintenance or support
Maintain documentations required in the development life cycle (e.g. Software Design Documents) for references and future use.
Provide project plan and correct estimates of work to be done on maintenance tickets, software changes, and other development tasks.
Provides accurate and complete status reports to project leads.
Assist junior developers in both technical and functional aspects of maintenance/development
Execute thorough code reviews on fixes for defects and bugs
Research new technologies or development tools to improve productivity and or existing functionalities and performance indexes of the system.
