- Support requirements analysis and solution design activities by documenting technical requirements, configuration details, and design assumptions.
- Assist in platform implementation tasks across assigned modules under the guidance of Consultants and Senior Consultants.
- Develop foundational skills in platform parameterization and configuration, implementing simple rules and settings based on defined designs.
- Write, run, and maintain basic scripts (e.g., SQL queries, data validation scripts, automation utilities) to support configuration, testing, and data migration activities
- Support system integrations by assisting with interface testing, data mapping validation, and monitoring batch or API executions.
- Assist with data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation support, data loading, and reconciliation checks.
- Perform technical troubleshooting for lower-complexity issues related to configuration, scripts, and integrations, escalating issues as needed.
- Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment or support guides.

- Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline with a well ranked institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technology and transformation at consulting firms or for a leading bank
- Experience across implementation, enhancement, and release upgrade cycles of enterprise systems
- Develop foundational knowledge of core banking technology solutions
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines

- Nice to have - Industry-recognized certifications in enterprise or domain-specific platforms, indicating advanced configuration or customization capabilities
