- Review all details on the Request to Purchase (RTP) and coordinate with requestors from all departments & locations concerned.
- Perform the sourcing, canvassing and negotiations from at least 3 suppliers.
- Coordinate with Admin Manager for Fixed Assets purchase.
- Ensure the on-time delivery from suppliers of all negotiated materials, goods & vehicles as per order requests.
- Preparation of Incoming Material Receiving Report (IMRR) or transmittal.
- Coordinate with the driver, admin staff, guard on duty and requestor to send items to specific locations or departments.
- Perform other tasks from time to time.
