- Own and manage day-to-day operations of Muvr's WordPress and Shopify websites, including performance, uptime, and usability.
- Lead website strategy, including CRO initiatives, SEO enhancements, and landing page optimization to improve lead capture, engagement, and funnel performance.
- Plan and execute new content, feature, and product page launches across the marketing site and eCommerce portal.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and copywriters to implement web projects on time and within scope.
- Drive continuous improvements through A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and UI/UX enhancements.
- Analyze traffic, conversion funnels, engagement metrics, and page performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hotjar.
- Ensure all web content and design meets brand, compliance, accessibility, and mobile optimization standards.
- Proactively identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and conversion blockers—and lead resolution.
- Maintain documentation of processes, version control, and change logs across all web environments.
- 3+ years of experience managing WordPress and/or Shopify websites in a B2C or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI, mobile-first design, and CRO strategies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating across design, development, content, and marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Search Console, and basic SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
- Ability to translate performance data into actionable optimizations and strategic recommendations.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS systems; familiarity with web development workflows is a plus.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple web projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and quality.
