The program's primary focus is the first three to five years of an employee's career and provides a solid foundation of knowledge and experience which enables them to contribute at a higher level more quickly.As a Horizons Participant, you will:

Rotate to 3 different IT roles and assignments to increase technology and domain depth and breadth
Be assigned a buddy and mentor to help you succeed in your role and assignments
Go through trainings and on-the-job learning experiences, including designing, deploying, and maintaining automated data transformation pipelines using software engineering best practices, and integrating diverse storage, computation technologies, and data types to support scalable data architecture design
Work in Chevron's global teams handling resources across different countries

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or young professionals with less than 2 years' experience.
Background in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, and other computer/engineering related courses.
Excited to learn different IT tools and technologies.
Motivated to take various IT and Functional trainings.
Prepared to work with teams from multiple locations.
Possesses analytical thinking and strong communication skills
Awareness on the principle of Scrum-Agile framework (preferred)
