The Cash Management Sales Officer plays a vital role in positioning the bank as the primary financial partner of corporate and business clients. The role focuses on enrolling clients into BPI's corporate digital platforms and delivering tailored cash management solutions covering collections, disbursements, and liquidity. Through strong collaboration and a customer-centric approach, this position drives growth, client satisfaction, and long-term relationships. Responsibilities Ensures all corporate and business clients are enrolled in BPI's corporate digital banking platforms to centralize operations and enhance digital adoption Partners with Relationship Managers and Branch Partners to identify prospects, strategize sales efforts, and promote product offerings that secure market leadership within assigned segments Balances profitability with client value by designing pricing and bundling strategies that align client needs with the bank's goals-ensuring sustainable growth and competitiveness Conducts meaningful client calls and execute relevant sales and marketing activities tailored to client profiles, driving satisfaction and solution uptake Cultivates strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering solutions that consistently exceed expectations Performs other related duties and contribute to special initiatives as assigned, supporting the overall objectives of the department and the bank Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field At least 2-3 years' experience in sales, cash management, or digital banking services Strong understanding of corporate banking operations and transaction banking products Excellent communication, client management, and solution-selling skills Strategic thinker with a balance of analytical and commercial acumen Proficient in digital platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite Show more Show less
