Our recruitment process is highly selective.We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern with a strong interest in global trade and supply chain activities.Department: Continuous ImprovementKey Responsibilities:

Project Assistance: Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives.
Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify patterns, constraints, and improvement opportunities, using tools such as Excel or other analytical software.
Process Mapping: Analyze and document existing processes to detect inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
Problem Solving: Contribute to structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
Documentation: Develop and maintain project-related documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
Communication: Share progress updates, insights, and recommendations clearly with team members and relevant stakeholders.
Training & Development: Take part in training sessions and workshops to strengthen knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as required.

Specific

Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field), Business Administration, or other relevant discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential).
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Excellent communication in English and Spanish (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of statistical analysis is a plus.
