
Software Engineer, CX

- Design, build, and implement databases to support new software development
- Review and maintain server backups
- Architect and maintain a large-scale data infrastructure based on NoSQL technologies.
- Stress test and optimize the system for efficiency in a distributed database environment
- Responsible for writing the critical framework components and the more complicated sections of the system.
- Analyze internal processes
- Maintain and support advanced ETL processes
- On occasion, work closely with customers to build custom data imports
- Provide maintenance and support for database servers
- Be responsive and flexible with ad-hoc requests
- Develop and foster a team atmosphere that exhibits teamwork within the department and with other departments and clients
- Other duties as assigned.
- Relational database experience (MS SQL preferred)
- Understanding of database design for data driven applications
- C#, ASP.NET a plus
- Analytical thinking with good troubleshooting skills
- Skilled in database architecture and optimization techniques
- Good at communicating with technical and non-technical business associates
- Highly motivated with a good work ethic
