Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of our respected client, a leading global company for entertainment. We are seeking for a Marketing Manager who will work closely with reporting managers to develop, implement and execute strategic overall marketing plans for the company. This involves end-to-end project management, working with cross-functional groups and stakeholders, maximizing resources and overseeing executions. This position requires a Hybrid Work arrangement (4x onsite 1x WFH) and will be reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager and is in BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila.Duties:

Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with internal and external partners.
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels.
Analyze insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Partner with internal stakeholders to design, test and tactics to bring about Market Share improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing at a manager level.
Experience executing paid media campaigns, ad buying and evolving practices; with experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
Expert level understanding of interactive technologies and communication tools including social networks and content marketing. Have keen interest in current/upcoming technology and digital developments.
Existing relationships with digital platforms / online partners and brand relationships a plus
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate and develop strong relationships at all levels within the organization.
