About Packworks Packworks is a Philippine-based startup transforming the sari-sari store industry through a scalable, accessible, and data-driven platform. We empower micro-retailers with tools that make their operations more efficient and profitable, enabling them to grow their businesses and uplift their communities. We're looking for a proactive, goal-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding Packworks' presence in the market. What You'll Do Identify and qualify new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Assist in preparing and delivering pitches, proposals, and presentations. Conduct market research to support business development strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business initiatives. Support the business development team in achieving sales and partnership targets. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. Preferred: Experience in tech/software sales Resides in the Greater Manila Area and willing to travel for client meetings. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
