SM Team ManagerJOB DESCRIPTIONThe SM Team Manager is a reliable data entry person who processes orders daily (regular and bulk) and
ensures maximum performance from suppliers.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Supplier Management
  • Proactively deals with all order-related tasks to avoid issues and maintain stable metrics of our
account on Amazon * Regularly communicates with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee on-time shipment, delivery,and sales * Auditing invoices to ensure a decent profit and avoid overcharging or order discrepancies situations
  • Gathering data on discount programs
  • Initiates strategies to maximize supplier sales & profitability through working closely with internal
teams and Managers * Identifying causes of under-performing suppliers through analyzing sales patterns & supplier’soverall performanceTeam Manager
  • Understand the business needs and objectives
  • Evaluate the supplier's sales trend as the basis for prioritizing the brands that are worth selling and
advertising * Manages, organizes, and drives the successful completion of team projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the goals of team projects and strategize plans to meet those
goals * Oversees agents’ workloads and ensures that all assigned tasks are done efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate results/suggestions/solutions to any concerns to other departments and
management. * Develops and implements quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards,organizational expectations and regulatory compliance. * Ensures that the accuracy of the data is met and delivered by the agents promptly.
  • Anticipate future demands related to people and technology within your department and implement the best solutions to achieve the team’s needs.
  • Conduct weekly coaching sessions for productivity and behavioral improvement.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and performance reviews, weekly presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of any Business or IT-related course; undergraduates may apply if they have at least 2
years of experience as a Team Manager in a BPO setting * Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, functions, and shortcuts
  • Must have above-average data entry skills
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be adaptable and capable of observing frequent changes in internal and client procedures
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery effectively
  • Strong report-writing and presentation skills
  • Willing to work on a graveyard shift or shifting schedule during peak seasons
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
  • CEBU: Must be living within the following cities: Cebu City, Talisay City and Mandaue City; else
willing to relocate. * BAYBAY: Willing to relocate within Baybay if non-residents at BaybayMonday to Friday, (8:00 pm - 5:00 am)
