The Legal Associate is responsible for: Administrative and Secretarial Support Manage incoming calls and visitors. Handle documents by encoding, scanning, printing, and filing. Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements and expense reporting. Coordinate the notarization and transmittal of documents. Process payments for external counsels and regulators. Prepare reports and memos as needed. Vendor Coordination Liaise with vendors to secure documentary requirements. Ensure bills are settled on time. Manage services related to notarial and corporate secretarial needs. Knowledge and Records Management Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems. Ensure legal files are kept confidential and accessible. Support the documentation needs of the legal team. Legal Operations and Support Assist in the preparation, review, and routing of legal documents and reports. Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory updates. Draft routine legal forms. Manage internal and external correspondence. Corporate Compliance Assistance Support logistics and documentation for board meetings. Assist in statutory filings. Monitor compliance requirements. Coordinate with directors and relevant stakeholders. General Legal Operations Support Track documents and monitor deadlines. Ensure adherence to internal legal procedures. Assist in the preparation and review of standard forms. Coordinate with external service providers for routine legal support. Office Management Handle requests for office supplies. Provide general administrative support to the Philippine Region General Counsel.
