- Achieve monthly sales and store activation targets within the assigned territory.
- Increase merchant productivity and contribute to overall market share growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner retailers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular store visits to train sales staff and support day-to-day operations.
- Implement marketing initiatives and incentive campaigns to drive in-store sales.
- Ensure merchants who sold in the previous month remain active and productive.
- Identify and onboard new business partners that meet partnership requirements.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to uncover sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, merchant interactions, and customer data.
- Prepare sales reports and performance insights for management.
- Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales, customer service, software sales, mobile devices, or telecommunications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to train and influence partner teams.
- Results-driven with strong organization, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with solid negotiation abilities to improve store performance.
- Willingness to travel frequently for store visits within the assigned territory.
- Must have personal transportation (car or motorcycle).
