Job Description The Sales Governance Officer (SGO) plays a critical role in upholding sales control within Sales & Distribution. The key deliverables of the SGO directly contribute to ensuring compliance, integrity, and operational discipline across the sales force. These include: Conducting call reviews based on surveillance activities to detect and address potential misconduct from the approved sales process. Facilitating roadshows for sales agents to reinforce awareness of sales policies, promote ethical selling practices, and drive consistent performance. Responding to sales inquiries to clarify guidelines and support frontline teams in adhering to control measures. Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports that provide actionable insights from surveillance reviews, enabling data-driven decision-making. Preparing monthly reports for Sales Governance meetings, ensuring that sales control issues are escalated, monitored, and resolved in a timely manner. These outputs are essential in maintaining a robust control environment, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of accountability within the sales organization. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs Degree or an equivalent of education and related work experience. Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications.
