This role focuses on providing exceptional support to clients using our AI-powered SaaS platform for architectural layout planning and visualization. Responsibilities Manage inbound client communications, providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and provide updates. Build strong client relationships and trust. Review project information, requesting clarifications or missing details as needed. Provide technical assistance and answer client questions via live chat and email. Troubleshoot platform issues, reporting technical problems to the relevant teams and keeping clients informed.
