- Lead and coordinate global operations and manufacturing improvement projects across multiple sites.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with operational priorities and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Manufacturing Engineering Managers, and Process Development Engineers to plan and execute projects effectively.
- Track project progress, risks, and milestones using the Global Project Tracking Tool and other project management systems
- Ensure consistent project reporting and visibility to global leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment among manufacturing sites and regional teams.
- Identify potential project risks, bottlenecks, or resource constraints and implement mitigation actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Support the standardization of project management practices across regions and sites
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance standards are consistently applied.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing, engineering, or operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project tracking or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams across multiple regions and time zones
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Fluent in English.
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Experience managing New products / New technology, / Automation manufacturing projects.
- Understanding of manufacturing engineering processes and operational improvement initiatives
- Experience working in a global manufacturing environment.
