AI Engineer

• Design, test, and refine prompts to improve the quality, accuracy, and relevance of large language model (LLM) outputs.

• Tailor prompt strategies to align with specific business use cases and domain requirements.

• Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business processes, terminology, and challenges.

• Translate business requirements into effective AI-driven solutions.

• Develop, deploy, and maintain GenAI pipelines using tools such as MLflow or Azure Machine Learning.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable in production environments.

• Implement ethical AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and data security.

• Address risks such as bias and ensure model explainability where applicable.

• Analyze business requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.

• Develop and implement applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Follow established Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Deliver solutions within defined scope, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Escalate complex issues when necessary and adhere to organizational delivery standards.

• Ensure compliance requirements are met and assess potential customer impact.

• Provide support during testing, deployment, and post-implementation phases.

• Estimate effort, track progress, and manage assigned deliverables effectively.

• Maintain accuracy, quality, and timeliness of outputs.

• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing initiatives.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the domain, supporting stakeholders in making informed decisions.

• Relevant professional experience in software development, AI, or related fields.

• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.

• Exposure to ServiceNow development.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.

• ITIL certification.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

• Candidates with hands-on experience in GenAI tools, prompt engineering, and MLOps practices will be highly regarded.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities are essential for success in this role.
