- Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including instructional videos, microlearning modules, and digital training assets.
- Use AI‑powered tools (e.g., generative video platforms, AI voiceover tools, script generators, image/animation tools) to accelerate content creation.
- Write clear, concise instructional scripts and storyboards optimized for video‑based learning.
- Transform complex subject matter into easy‑to-understand, visually compelling learning content.
- Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and creative teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
- Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and UX best practices.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
- Conduct quality reviews to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience creating instructional videos (animated, talking‑head, screen‑recorded, or AI‑generated).
- Proficiency with AI content‑creation tools, such as:
- AI video generators (e.g., Synthesia, Pictory, HeyGen)
- AI voiceover tools
- AI scriptwriting or content‑drafting tools
- AI image/animation tools
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
- Ability to simplify complex topics and create learner‑centered content.
- Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards is a plus.
- Experience designing microlearning, scenario‑based learning, or blended learning programs.
- Background in multimedia production or graphic design.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working in corporate, healthcare, tech, or compliance training environments.
- Creative problem‑solver with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
- Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Remote or hybrid depending on client needs.
