You will make a direct impact by: Drafting, revising, and reviewing a variety of contracts for compliance and accuracy Managing the entire contract lifecycle, including close-out, extension, and renewal Acting as a liaison between GoTeam and clients to expedite contract reviews and approvals This Role Is for You If Experience You have proven experience in contract management, preferably in a similar industry You have 1-2 years of experience in contract management or handling Notice to Explain (NTE) processes Technical Skills You are proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite You are interested in developing and implementing AI solutions for process optimization Qualifications You hold a Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or a related field Non-Negotiables Strong understanding of legal requirements and standard contract provisions Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams The Role at a Glance Compensation: 35,000- 40,000 Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM PH Time), Monday-Friday Work Setup: Onsite for the first 3 months, then transition to Hybrid Tech Stack: Contract management software, Microsoft Office Suite, AI tools for process optimization Reports to: Human Resource Manager Ready to find purpose in your work, unlock possibilities, and accelerate your growth Your next career chapter starts here.
