- Proven sales experience in hardware, specifically CCTV or Intercom installation and deployment
- Experience in Facilities or Property Management
- At least 2 years of experience in Operations Management (OM)
- Developing sales strategies, tracking sales performance, and fostering strong client relationships
- Providing up-to-date market insights, including trends, sales techniques, product applications across different markets, and marketing suggestions
- Delivering presentations to clients and management
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience in sales management, especially within the CCTV or security industry
- Technical knowledge, particularly in information security systems or related technology, is advantageous
- Ability to work independently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and understanding of sales processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving results
