The Delivery Executive partners with Managed Services Client Partner Executive and Global Delivery Leaders to meet/exceed Nordic financial measures, achieve performance and client service metrics, and resolution of issues to maintain strong client experience levels. DESCRIPTION: Responsible for overall delivery of Services for a group of high complexity Managed Services accounts. Owns the client relationship with Nordic Accomplishes results through the efforts of matrixed managers and professional team members. Works collaboratively with Global Delivery Leader/Service Areas to consistently provide positive end-user experience, continuous improvement initiatives and resource optimization efforts. Partners with Client Partner Executive to prepare, facilitate, participate in client meetings to showcase delivery team performance measures and/or share service improvement plans, etc. Owns P&L for their group of accounts and assures that Nordic is meeting financial targets Executes against account plans to address customer needs/market demand through in-depth analysis, coordination and alignment with Managed Services CPE and Account Relationship Matrix. Integrates deep professional understanding and IT Services expertise applicable to Healthcare customers. Uses extensive experience, innovation thought leadership and judgement to make decisions. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Generally requires a Bachelor&aposs degree and 8 years of related experience, a Master&aposs degree and 6 years of related experience, or 11 years of related experience and no degree. Deep experience in IT contract management. Experience with IT service lines under management at Nordic. Experience in a global delivery environment. Advanced ability to communicate clearly at all organization levels. Advanced ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills. Excellent ability to motivate and direct cross-functional delivery teams. Advanced ability to influence others, presentation and communication skills. Excellent client service leadership capabilities. Advanced knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies. Oversees critical projects, customer engagements or business processes. Mentors team members. Excellent budgeting, business financial and P&L skills. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Nordic's goals, customer requirements and competitor practices.
