1000 Miles is a global product design company that creates gift products, packaging, and displays for major retailers in Europe, the U.S., and Australia. We're looking for a driven, international-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on building connections with buyers and opening doors for our sales team. If you love turning cold leads into real conversations and want to grow in global B2B sales, this role is for you. What You'll Do Research and identify B2B leads, especially buyers at bookstores, gift shops, pharmacy chains, and distributors . Conduct daily outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate interest and secure meetings. Add and track leads in our CRM, ensuring consistent follow-ups. Present our gift product collections to buyers and introduce them to our retail solutions. Collaborate with account managers and designers to ensure smooth handover of warm leads. Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and LinkedIn campaigns. What We're Looking For: Strong English communication skills (written & spoken). Experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, or lead generation (international experience is a plus). Confident in doing outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone. Comfortable speaking with international buyers and presenting product value. Organized, detail-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation is a plus.
