Compensation: USD 1,900 – 2,200 / month (NET)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Billing-Focused RCM Manager to lead and optimize our revenue cycle billing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in medical billing, accounts receivable (AR) management, claims lifecycle oversight, and revenue performance improvement.This is not a task-based billing position. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can manage billing workflows end-to-end, proactively resolve revenue bottlenecks, improve cash flow, and ensure clean claims submission with minimal leakage.The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, metrics-driven, and confident in owning billing performance outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Billing & Claims OversightOversee accurate and timely claim submission across payersEnsure clean claim rate optimization prior to submissionMonitor billing workflows to prevent revenue delaysImplement structured billing checkpoints and QA processesAccounts Receivable (AR) ManagementManage AR aging and prioritize high-impact follow-upsReduce outstanding balances through structured collection strategiesIdentify revenue leakage and drive recovery initiativesTrack key AR metrics (aging buckets, DSO, collection rate, etc.)Denial Management & Revenue ProtectionAnalyze denial trends and implement corrective action plansLead resubmission and appeal strategies where appropriateCollaborate cross-functionally to reduce repeat denialsEstablish prevention-based processes instead of reactive fixesProcess Optimization & Revenue StrategyIdentify inefficiencies in billing workflows and implement improvementsDevelop SOPs and structured billing systemsPartner with leadership to forecast revenue performanceProvide billing performance insights and actionable reportingLeadership & AccountabilityServe as the billing point-of-contact for operational questionsTake ownership of revenue targets and billing KPIsEnsure billing accuracy, compliance, and accountability across workflowsQualifications5+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with strong focus on billing and ARProven track record managing AR aging and improving collectionsStrong understanding of CPT/ICD coding impact on billing accuracyExperience managing denial trends and revenue recovery strategiesComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionHighly analytical and data-drivenStrong communication and reporting skillsExperience with EMR/EHR systems and payer portalsBonus: Experience leading billing teams or handling multi-specialty practicesWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleAR aging decreases consistentlyClean claim rate improvesRevenue leakage is minimizedDenials are reduced through prevention strategiesBilling processes are structured, measurable, and optimizedLeadership has full visibility into revenue performancePowered by JazzHR
