QUALIFICATION Education: Graduate of any of the following courses - Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or any other Business-related courses. Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a CRM role or related field Proven experience with CRM systems such as MoEngage, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot Others: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be willing to work on-site JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting in building, managing, and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve customer experience and drive sales growth. You will work closely with various departments such as Marketing, IT, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure data accuracy, generate valuable insights, and implement best practices. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement and maintain the CRM system, ensuring optimal functionality and user adoption. Manage customer data entry, cleansing, and migration, upholding data accuracy and integrity. Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)and measure CRM effectiveness. Implement CRM workflows and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Support operations and marketing teams with CRM needs, including lead generation and campaign management. Identify and implement best practices for CRM utilization and data management. Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and technologies. Perform other duties as assigned.
