JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for the overall service and operational efficiency and quality assurance of assigned lending center / business lending unit. He/she shall see to it that the required turn-around-time, company policy, operational controls and regulatory compliance are met at the highest level. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for processing and ensuring accuracy, completeness of loan application requirements, balancing end of day transactions of the branch and safekeeping of all loan documents. Receives and process all loan application submits loan applications for approval to Junior Loan Committee In-charge of releasing loan proceeds of borrowers Create and update Customer Information File (CIF) of all borrowers Receives and answers inquiries pertaining to loan application status and requirements Generate reports & balances all transactions for the day and during month-ends Prepare related accounting tickets for the day's transaction Handles record keeping, filing and safekeeping of all loan reports & accounting tickets Generate reports & balances all transactions for the day and during month-ends Performs all other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Team Leaders JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS Educational Background: Bachelor's/College degree in Business or related course.
