We are seeking a qualified and experienced Traffic Management Engineer to support construction supervision activities on a major bridge or highway infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in traffic planning and control during large-scale construction works, ensuring safe and efficient vehicular and pedestrian movement throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop, implement, and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) in coordination with contractors and relevant authorities.
Review and approve traffic diversion schemes and site-specific traffic control measures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and minimize disruption to public traffic during construction.
Conduct traffic impact assessments and recommend mitigation measures where necessary.
Coordinate with local traffic enforcement agencies and stakeholders to facilitate smooth traffic flow.
Provide expert guidance on signage, barriers, detours, and road closures.
Monitor and report on traffic-related incidents and suggest corrective actions.
Support the project team with technical input related to traffic control during construction phases.
