Job Description Responsible for leading and managing the delivery of process training programs across the organization. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively and in alignment with business goals. Will collaborate with operations, quality, and HR teams to identify training needs, design curriculum, and monitor training effectiveness. Qualifications Must be willing to work 100% onsite at our Bridgetowne Site Must be okay with shifting schedule Lead the development and execution of process training programs for new hires and existing employees. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and update training materials and modules. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses as needed. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.Manage a team of trainers and ensure consistent delivery of training across locations or departments. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying skill gaps and recommending training solution.
