- Processes incoming queries/requests from internal business partners for CorA and DocuSign globally.
- Analyses process and system errors and solves and/ or forwards those issues according to the activity split between 2nd Level Support, GBS Process Management and IT department.
- Performs end-user trainings for CorA (Contract Management System).
- Creates and update knowledge-based entries in ServiceNow.
- Prepares and executes global trainings and Q&A sessions for the User Community.
- Coordinates all user community related activities.
- Authorization group design and grant user permissions.
- Transfer of user roles and contracts.
- Processes requests for mass and user role changes.
- Preferably bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration field or any relevant field of study.
- Experience in Contract Management, eSignature, Legal or Sourcing related position, preferable in a supporting function.
- International experience preferred and would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to grasp new topics quickly and to transport information/knowledge coherently to others.
- Reliable team player.
- High affinity for IT.
