- Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal auditing, with a comprehensive understanding of banking operations.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including risk management frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage audit teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in audit management software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
