Join the winning team now!Work you will doAs a globally recognized leader in consulting and Workday services, Deloitte's Workday practice helps organization harness the value of Workday's platform combined with human and financial capital to deliver services to help drive business impact.As a Workday professional, you will be responsible for assessing the HR needs of their clients in designing, developing and integrating HCM software to meet those needs and testing and troubleshooting implemented software to find and resolve errors.
  • Engaging with clients in workshops to analyze the current processes for Discovery and Prototyping.
  • Designing target state ERP solution for clients. Influence clients' thinking in adopting leading/standard practices while developing target state.
  • Documenting ERP processes and facilitating the Delivery Assurance with Clients and Workday.
  • Preparing Implementation progress updates.
  • Reviewing programs and scripts for design interfaces, reports and queries.
  • Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Related or equivalent
  • Min 3-6 years of experience in Workday Financials and certification is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of project implementation & support experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (RTR) and Order-to-Cash (OTC).
  • Strong foundation in functional knowledge of Finance systems and processes.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
  • Experience of working in consulting team to deliver bespoke solutions using agile development methods and committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, be self-motivated, and be able to work in challenging situations with changing priorities.
  • Drive, tenacity, client focused, results oriented, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and to tight project timelines with willingness to work outside of office base.
  • Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
  • An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
  • Knowledge of Security, iLoad, Advance Load, Configuration Workbooks, Custom Reports, EIB/Integrations would be an advantage.

  • Must be experienced in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (RTR) and Order-to-Cash (OTC).
  • Must have knowledge in using EIB.
  • Good to have a high level understanding of Integrations and how it is linked to your Functional Area.
  • Good to have clear understanding of Workday Security, Business Policy and Business Processes.
  • Good to have knowledge in Taxation.
  • Good to have knowledge in Custom Reports and Calculated Fields.
