This role is tailored for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals eager to thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)- Lead the FP&A processes, including but not limited to forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.- Develop and maintain financial models to predict future revenues, expenses, and profitability, helping the company to meet its financial goals.- Collaborate with department heads to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, providing actionable insights that drive business performance.Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting- Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of the company's financial statements.- Implement and maintain internal controls over financial reporting to ensure the integrity of the company's financial information.Supplier Management & Negotiations- Manage relationships with suppliers, including conducting regular reviews and negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.- Oversee the processing of supplier payouts, ensuring accuracy and timely payments in accordance with contractual agreements.- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or service levels.RequirementsTechnical Skills- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.- Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting; expertise in Excel and financial software applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle).- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with financial audits and internal controls.Soft Skills- Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and developing a high-performing finance team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.Mentality- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to take on new challenges and drive continuous improvement within the finance function.- Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving approach to overcoming obstacles.- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.This Finance Manager role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the financial health and strategic direction of our company.
